测试台说明及安装要求 Test desk description and installation requirements

该实验台主要用于检测离合器液压工件的气密性能和真空密封性能
● 设备的使用环境应该在 温度在 10度---45度
湿度在 5%-70% (没有结露)
不要放在日光直射,辐射强烈和多尘的环境中,以免造成机器部件的损坏.
The temperature for the machine in use should be between 10-45 ℃
humidity should be between 5%-70% (no condensation)
Avoid direct sunlight, strong radiation and dusty conditions lest the machine be damaged.

● 驱动方式: compressed gases and power
● 驱动气体要求 driver gas requirements
压力: pressure 6-10bar
流量: flow rate over大于1.8M3/H
常压露点: dew point pressure 3℃
含油量; oil content under小于50PPM
● 尽量将测试台安放在水平地面上,也不要放置在有距离震动的场所,有可能会对机器造成损害.
Please try to locate the test desk on level ground and keep far away vibrating sources lest the machine be damaged.
设备说明 Description of the machine
该实验台主要用于检测离合器液压工件的气密性能和真空密封性能。
This test desk is mainly used to test the airtight performance and the vacuum sealing of the hydraulic clutch parts.
气压密封测试部分通过将预定气压注入被测工件内,将被测工件放入水中,观察是否有气泡产生
来判定工件气密性状况。
The pressure sealing test is intended to check the airtight performance of the work pieces through injecting the projected pressure into the work pieces under test and observing if bubbles emerge.
真空密封测试部分通过抽出被测工件内的气体,关闭管路观测特定时间内工件内部真空变化
来判定工件的气密性状况。
The vacuum sealing test is intended to check the airtight performance through pumping out the gas in the work pieces, closing the piping , and observing the vacuum changes inside the work pieces during a given period of time.
